Inc. has established a liaison office and a strategic
relationship with Symphonic InfoCom Limited of Hong Kong in
order to grow market share for its Internet Protocol (IP)
solutions for the hospitality sector in Hong Kong and
China.  Percipia's liaison office will be co-located with
Symphonic InfoCom, which will provide local installation
and customer support.  Percipia's solutions help global
