Hyperia has launched Port Harcourt's first portable
broadband wireless access network, using Mobile WiMAX
802.16e equipment from Navini Networks, the global

    Hyperia's deployment in the 3.5 GHz band, is
significant as it covers Port Harcourt (aka 'Oil City'), a
