TOM Online Extends Wireless Internet to Ourgame's Online Community

(Nasdaq: TOMO; Hong Kong GEM: 8282), China's leading wireless Internet company, today announced it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ourgame, one of China's largest online casual game operators. Under the agreement, TOM Online will be the exclusive provider of services such as SMS, MMS and IVR through Ourgame's portal, http://www.ourgame.com . This partnership follows TOM Online's strategy to form unique large-scale distribution alliances allowing TOM Online to broaden its reach to Chinese consumers and share revenues with key distribution partners.
