Latest Data Show MabThera(R) Provides Significant and Sustained Relief From Signs and Symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis
June 13, 2007

Patients Experience Consistent Safety Profile With
Subsequent Courses of Therapy

    BARCELONA, Spain, June 13 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- New
data presented at the EULAR meeting (European League
Against Rheumatism) demonstrate that MabThera's (rituximab)
effectiveness in relieving patients of the distressing
symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is sustained or
further improved with subsequent courses of treatment, as
is the number of patients achieving remission(1).
Importantly, the safety profile of MabThera remained
unchanged in patients who had received as many as seven
courses of treatment at 6-12 month intervals.

Commenting on the findings, Professor Keystone,
Rheumatology Department at the University of Toronto,
Canada, said: "As physicians gain experience with
MabThera and the long-term efficacy and safety data are
collected, we are able to make treatment decisions with
confidence for the ultimate benefit of our patients."

Results following subsequent courses of therapy

A total of 1053 RA patients was treated with MabThera
with almost 70% of patients followed up for more than two
years and 11% for more than three years. The study was
conducted in patients who had an inadequate response to
treatment with either tumour necrosis factor (TNF)
inhibitors or disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs
(DMARDs), both of which are commonly used classes of RA
drugs. All study patients received multiple courses of
MabThera (2 x1000mg infusion, 2 weeks apart) based on
disease activity.

The data showed that after three courses of MabThera in
patients who had an inadequate response to TNF inhibitors:

    - The number of patients achieving the hard-to-reach
goal of a 70%
improvement in disease signs and symptoms (ACR70
response(2)) almost
      tripled from 11% to 25%

    - The number of patients achieving remission improved
from 6% to 12%

Equally, in patients with an inadequate response or
intolerance to DMARDs, the remission rate increased almost
threefold from 5% to 14% confirming the benefit of
providing subsequent courses to responding patients.

    Long-term safety of MabThera

Further pooled data examining the safety of MabThera
when used long-term revealed that the safety profile of
MabThera remained consistent with a low, unchanging rate of
serious infections in 1053 patients, receiving up to seven
treatment courses. These results add to the wealth of data
contributing to MabThera's safety profile with 2438
patient-years of follow-up now collected.

    Editor's Notes

    About Rheumatoid Arthritis and MabThera

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease
characterised by inflammation that leads to stiff, swollen
and painful joints. Current treatments include
disease-modifying drugs (DMARDS) and biologic therapy such
as the TNF inhibitor drugs.

MabThera is a first-in-class therapy that selectively
targets B cells early in the inflammatory cascade of
rheumatoid arthritis. B cells are known to play a key role
in the inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis
and MabThera breaks the inflammatory cascade of RA - a
series of reactions inflaming the synovia and leading to
the cartilage loss and bone erosion that is characteristic
of the disease, and may provide an innovative new treatment
even in patients with severe and long-standing disease.
MabThera has a strong heritage in the treatment of a form
of lymphatic cancer called non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and
the safety profile of MabThera has now been established in
more than 960,000 patient exposures over the last nine
years in oncology and autoimmune disease.

    About Roche in Rheumatoid Arthritis

One of the most important drivers for growth at Roche
over the next few years is expected to be the company's
emerging franchise in autoimmune diseases with rheumatoid
arthritis as the first indication. Following the launch of
MabThera, there are a number of projects in development,
potentially allowing Roche to build on further
opportunities. MabThera is the first and only selective B
cell therapy for RA, providing a fundamentally different
treatment approach by targeting B cells, one of the key
players in the pathogenesis of RA. Actemra is Roche's
second novel medicine and is a humanised monoclonal
antibody to the interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor, inhibiting
the activity of IL-6, a protein that plays a major role in
the RA inflammation process. Actemra is the result of
research collaboration by Chugai and is being co-developed
globally with Chugai. Additional projects creating a rich
pipeline include compounds in Phase I, II and III clinical
trials. Notably, ocrelizumab, a fully humanised anti-CD20
antibody, is just entering phase III development for RA.

Customers Deploy Drop-in Networks to Make Remote Device
Management Easy

"Drop-in Networking addresses the two acute
requirements in this market: the need for a complete
offering to cover the diverse requirements and most
importantly, the need to provide users, device
manufacturers, integrators and application developers a
simple, easy-to-apply family of networking solutions,"
said Allmendinger of Harbor Research. "Making it
simple to network products and utilize the wealth of
information they contain will revolutionize all businesses
and their relationships with customers."

Crown Castle International, a leading independent owner
and operator of shared wireless communications and broadcast
infrastructure, uses Digi Connect WAN routers to provide
wireless wide area networking connectivity to monitor
aviation safety lights installed at approximately 4,500
cellular tower sites. These towers sit in remote locations
where no wired broadband connections are available.

"Using Digi's commercial grade wireless products
and Digi Connectware Manager software platform in
combination with cellular data networks, we were able to
build Drop-in Networks to monitor approximately 4,500
remote sites," stated Chris Tretter, Crown Castle's
Vice President of Operations."

Light Corporation, a developer of lighting systems,
uses Drop-in Networking technology as the connectivity
solution for its new Intu! 360o workspace control system.
The company ZigBee-enabled a line of industrial lighting
fixtures so they can be monitored and controlled remotely
using a ConnectPort X ZigBee-to-cellular gateway.

"This wireless Drop-in Network allows us to easily
install an Intu! control system into an existing
infrastructure in a non-intrusive way," said Lawrence
Leete, Director of Sales & Marketing, In-Industry
Markets, Light Corporation. "Because the network is
wireless, it also significantly reduces the cost and time
associated with expanding or re-configuring the lighting
system -- anywhere from 40 to 80 percent over traditional
wired systems. Our wireless platform, built on a Drop-in
Network from Digi, provides us with a significant advantage
over our competitors in the commercial and industrial
lighting and controls space. We're taking something
ordinary and mundane -- as lighting is viewed by most
people -- and with Digi's help, turning that commodity into
an exciting technology infrastructure that has limitless
possibilities outside of the lighting-only realm."

Customers also use Drop-in Networks where wired
connections might be available, but are not accessible due
to the "red tape" laid down by a third party
organization's corporate IT department. For example,
Control Products, Inc., an electronics manufacturer that
designs and manufactures electronic controls for the
foodservice equipment industry, uses Drop-in Networking
technology to monitor equipment performance during field
trials at customer sites.

"Foodservice operators are reluctant to open their
corporate data network to outside parties," said Bob
Bruce, CTO, Control Products. "Using Digi's Drop-in
Networks, our customers can bypass the network of the
foodservice operators, but still monitor the onsite kitchen
equipment using a reliable cellular link back to their own
data network. There's no additional wiring and no
dependence on the operator's IT infrastructure. These
Drop-in Networks have added tremendous value to our overall
product offering."

AirAdvice, Inc. offers a turnkey building performance
assessment system that identifies opportunities to improve
comfort and reduce energy use in commercial buildings.
Building on its successful HVAC-IAQ(TM) program which
focuses on solutions for indoor air quality issues in
homes, in 2006 the company launched its Commercial
Elite(TM) program. This program offers a simple assessment
that identifies changes in commercial buildings that can
qualify for utility program energy rebates, support
LEED(TM) program or green building efforts, or simply
provide improved occupant satisfaction and reduced
operating expenses.

"In researching ways to enhance future product
offerings, wireless communications was high on our
customers' lists," said Tim Kensok, Director of
Business Development at AirAdvice. "As we integrate
Digi's Drop-in Networking products into our platform, we
will be able to offer our customers a complete wireless
solution from a sensor in a building to web access on our
server. Because our customers move our system from
building to building, the ability to drop in sensors and
access data without having to run cables or rely on the
existing wired infrastructure is very attractive."

Wireless Carriers Embrace the Power of Drop-in
Networking

Network carrier support for existing Drop-in Networking
products is strong and reflects a growing interest in
commercial grade device connectivity. For instance the
ConnectPort WAN product family, an integral part of the
Drop-in Networking product line, is now certified by 18 of
the world's largest carriers.

The ConnectPort X8 has already passed PTCRB
certification for operability on GSM networks and is
expected to be certified by the largest wireless carriers,
including AT&T/Cingular, Sprint and Verizon, in the
third calendar quarter of 2007.

"AT&T is pleased to be a key network provider
to make Drop-in Networking a reality," said Hamish
Caldwell, executive director of core offers for AT&T's
wireless unit. "This solution is a wonderful
complement to WWAN capabilities through the nation's
largest high-speed wireless network delivered by AT&T.
AT&T customers are now able to expand their wireless
reach in industrial environments with fewer resources than

Technology Developers and Service Providers Embrace
Drop-In Networking

Many technology developers and application service
providers (ASPs) have embraced Drop-in Networking as a
revolutionary way to connect to and communicate with remote
devices. Developers such as Twisthink, Global Tier and SSI,
and ASPs like nPhase and SensorLogic are using Drop-in
Network technology to help their customers more efficiently
manage their remote assets.

"Drop-in Networks bring a new level of simplicity
to the provisioning of Smart Services," said Steve
Pazol," VP and GM of nPhase, a Qualcomm business.
"These wireless end-to-end networks reduce the
barriers to installing device connectivity and more easily
enable Smart Services solutions for mainstream markets. By
combining Digi's Drop-in Networking products with our
offerings, nPhase is able to deliver Smart Service
solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of
each OEM client."

"Drop-in Networks enable the kind of product and
business innovation that we strive to deliver for our
diverse customer base," added Bob Niemiec of Twisthink
LLC. "In partnership with Digi and nPhase, we have
designed a wireless workspace command and control system
that allows Light Corporation to commercialize a highly
differentiated lighting system that uniquely delivers
significant usability and cost savings to its customers.
The science of Design and the art of Technology have been
effectively leveraged to position Light as an industry
leader with this new system."

"Wireless control of remote devices creates
opportunities for companies to deliver innovative service
value and establish new revenue streams," said Dale
Booth, Chairman and CEO of SensorLogic, Inc. "We see
tremendous value in combining Digi's Drop-in Networking
products with our on-demand software platform to enable
just these sorts of breakthrough opportunities for our
customers."

Drop-in Networking provides Global Tier, a Division of
Restaurant Technologies, with a non-intrusive way to
network devices and sensors within restaurants and
convenience stores. "Our customers would like us to
monitor assets like freezers, fryers, coffee equipment,
building control systems, and heating bins to enhance
visibility and measurement of store performance," said
Dave Barczak, General Manager of Global Tier. "Because
Digi's solution is wireless, it was easy for Global Tier to
deploy monitoring and data collection networks into existing
sites without running cables and wires and without
disturbing the existing data network."

SSI has successfully integrated Digi's embedded ZigBee
technology with sensor technologies to provide complete
wireless solutions for its OEM customers. "SSI is
excited to be a charter member of Digi's Drop-in Networks
partner program," said Michele Mordacq, President of
SSI. "Our customers are looking for non-intrusive

Horizon Wi-Com First to Launch WiMAX in Major U.S. Cities With Navini and Black & Veatch
June 12, 2007

New York, Boston, Washington among the first to experience
true personal broadband

    RICHARDSON, Texas, June 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ --
Horizon Wi-Com is trialing its high-speed wireless
broadband service in major U.S. cities in the Northeast
region using 802.16e compatible equipment from Navini
Networks, the global leader in providing broadband wireless
access solutions.

Phase I of the deployment will implement service in
Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore,
Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Richmond, and Cincinnati. Horizon
Wi-Com purchased the WCS A Block spectrum previously owned
by Verizon.

"We are first. We have completed Phase I and are
now trialing subscribers in some of the most exciting
cities," said Ron Olexa, President of Horizon Wi-Com.
"We will provide high-speed internet access to
residential and business users in markets containing
approximately 70 million POPs."

"Navini's software upgrade to Mobile WiMAX(TM)
will allow Horizon to implement the first network
deployment in major U.S. cities," said Roger Dorf,
Navini's president and CEO. "Delivering WiMAX in the
U.S. is a key strategic opportunity for us and Horizon
Wi-Com is the right partner."

The deployment features Navini's Ripwave(R)MX8 platform
that is being certified for 802.16e mobile WiMAX with
Navini's Smart WiMAX(TM) solution. Smart WiMAX(TM)
combines Mobile WiMAX(TM) with the Smart Beamforming
technology currently in commercial service around the
world, with beamformed MIMO, which can reliably double the
data throughput for WiMAX subscribers.

This allows Horizon Wi-Com to deploy less base stations
with more complete coverage and higher speeds. Networks are
already live and serving customers in each of the major
cities covered by the Horizon licenses. Full commercial
launch will begin after Navini completes WiMAX Forum Wave 2
certification.

Partnering with Black & Veatch for site build-out
was a key element in the successful deployment. Horizon
Wi-Com's aggressive deployment schedule required
comprehensive site development and construction support.

"Black & Veatch was selected to provide the
necessary support and program management due to their
experience and past success with other wireless
projects," stated Olexa.

"This project has been an excellent opportunity
for Black & Veatch to showcase some of its key core
project competencies such as site acquisition, engineering,
field craft skill set, field construction management and
overall project management. This partnership to complete
Phase I sites with Horizon Wi-Com and Navini has proven to
be a successful combination of talented resources,"
stated Tim Cummings, Project Manager, Black & Veatch.

These MEA's include the cities of Boston, New York,
Buffalo, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington
DC, Richmond, and Cincinnati Dayton. Horizon Wi-Com is
currently planning deployments in these markets that will

More Than 40% Growth in Sales for Mapsolute
June 12, 2007

-- Excellent Sales Results Confirm the Company's Strategy

    ESCHBORN, Germany, June 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ --
Mapsolute GmbH, operator of the Internet portal Map24.com,
was able to increase sales in the first quarter of 2007 by
more than 40%. If this trend continues, the company will
have seen this type of growth for six continuous years,
which is the positive proof of the excellent market
position of Mapsolute as supplier of geographical software
applications.

    Mapsolute's co-founder, Alexander Wiegand (38) stated:
"The basis of our success is composed of two factors,
alongside with the development of permanent clients. On one
hand, our consequent strategy of internationalization is
showing its effects: in the past 12 months, we either
opened additional offices or started strategic partnerships
with successful players in the business of cartography in
seven different countries. We opened the fourth subsidiary
in Sao Paulo, Brazil." As a result, Mapsolute foresees
a positive ROI in the first year.

The second factor of success is the expansion of
business into new vertical markets. MapTP, Mapsolute's
technology, has been optimized specifically for the
respective customers so that the use of MapTP becomes
easier for software companies and system integrators alike.
Mapsolute acquired Austria's second largest auto club, ARBO,
as a new client in the area of route information services.

ARBO members can contact a call center for information
about current road conditions, weather, fuel prices, travel
regulations and lake temperatures. The key technology of the
call center application is the geographical information
platform MapTP by Mapsolute GmbH.

    About Mapsolute:

Mapsolute GmbH is a leading software supplier for
interactive map applications, headquartered in
Frankfurt/Eschborn (Germany) with offices in GB, Finland

Celltick Ramps Up Asian Presence with Double Operator Win
June 12, 2007

Spice Nepal and Applifone are the latest operators to bring
content promotion to the idle mobile screen, powered by
Celltick's LiveScreen(TM) Media

    HERZLIYA, Israel, June 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Spice
Nepal (SPNL) and Applifone Company in Cambodia have today
become the latest operators to launch Celltick's Active
Content Marketing platform, LiveScreen(TM) Media.

Spice Nepal and Applifone are using Celltick's
LiveScreen(TM) Media to turn the mobile handset into a
personal, targeted, billboard for content. The platform
enables them to bring relevant content to subscribers'
attention by streaming interactive messages across the
idle-screen. This bypasses issues of search and discovery
allowing subscribers to 'find and buy' content in 2 clicks
rather than the industry average of 12-15. Content teaser
messages are interactive and include news, sports results,
TV and celebrity gossip as well as weather reports.

Both Spice Nepal and Applifone are using the service to
attract new subscribers and differentiate themselves in an
increasingly aggressive market. Spice Nepal, known by its
MERO MOBILE brand, is focused on achieving the number one
spot as leading operator in the Himalayas. Applifone,
despite being a relatively new operator in Cambodia, is
vying for the same position with its Star-Cell brand.

"LiveScreen(TM) Media will enable Spice to add an
additional cutting-edge service to grow its value to its
subscribers, as well as build on its position as the most
innovative operator in Nepal," said Damir Karassayev,
the Chief Executive Officer of Applifone and the Director
of Spice. He added: "In addition, at this crucial
point in Applifone's development, services like LiveScreen
Media are the building blocks on which we can create a
similar reputation in Cambodia."

"The Asian market is one of the most competitive
and it is vital that operators keep subscribers loyal with
engaging and exciting new content services," commented
Stephen Dunford, CEO Celltick. "While both Spice Nepal
and Applifone are initially using the idle-screen as a
means to promote their own content portfolios, there is a
key opportunity to use the service as a mobile advertising
platform moving forward. We are already seeing LiveScreen
Media marketing implementations in areas such as Thailand.
Asia is leading the way for rest of the world with these
innovations."

    About Celltick

Celltick Technologies Ltd., the pioneer of Active
Content Marketing, has introduced a new medium into the
mobile space. Its flagship product, LiveScreen(TM) Media,
allows content providers and advertisers to broadcast
targeted content and marketing messages to millions of
mobile idle screens, turning them into a network of
interactive billboards, creating a strong revenue stream
for operators.

Celltick cooperates with mobile operators to turn their
mobile screen into a powerful revenue driver. The company
has close relations with all network infrastructure
companies, major SIM vendors, leading handset manufacturers
and industry standard organisations, as well as global
content providers and media agents.

Founded in 2000 and privately owned, Celltick is
headquartered in the UK with offices in Russia, Singapore,
India, Thailand and Brazil and R&D Centre in Israel.

Linkstorm Nominated as 'Innovative Affiliate of the Year' -- LinkShare Golden Link Award
June 12, 2007

    NEW YORK, June 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Linkstorm (
http://www.linkstorms.com ) is pleased to announce that it
has been selected as one of three finalists for the
prestigious LinkShare Golden Link "Innovative
Affiliate of the Year" Award. Other nominees in the
category are StarStyle and Zafu.

LinkShare's award for "Innovative Affiliate of the
Year" is given to companies who offer unique services
or technology to facilitate new partnerships, drive sales
and build ROI. Previous winners include FabulousSavings,
AmeriDollars and Wow Coupons.

"It's an honor to be recognized as a company at
the forefront of performance-based marketing, especially by
LinkShare, an innovative marketing leader in its own
right," said David Sidman, CEO and Founder of
Linkstorm.

Linkstorm offers shoppers a new way to navigate through
a merchant's inventory and content -- by mousing over any ad
or product reference and seeing a menu linking to all of the
merchant's products, marketing info and shopping cart. This
approach has several benefits:

-- Increases click-throughs and conversions because
shoppers can see
what's available in advance, before clicking; then
they can click to
what they really want in a single step.

-- Delivers higher quality traffic by incorporating a
self-qualifying
        process directly into banner ads.

-- Facilitates exploration and discovery of relevant
products and
content, resulting in deeper product consideration
and higher
        conversions.

-- Provides more comprehensive measurement of user
actions, yielding
greater insight into shoppers' interests and
decision processes all
the way from brand engagement to product selection
to purchasing.

"After more than six years of continuous product
development and numerous large scale deployments in the
content industry, we're excited to see our 'intender
driven' navigation philosophy now recognized by leaders in
advertising, affiliate marketing and eCommerce as well.
With academic and evidence-based research to support the
superiority of our 'intender-driven' philosophy, we're
deeply committed to further innovation in partnership with
our customers. We are currently working with a host of
leading global advertisers, agencies and technology
partners to ensure that we remain a step ahead," added
Sidman.

    About Linkstorm

Linkstorm is a company that will change the Web as we
know it today. Instead of clicking on an ad and then having
to click through page after page on the Web searching for
what the user is really looking for, Linkstorm provides all
desired navigation paths in a cascading menu of links that
is invoked via a simple rollover of the ad. Beyond
advertising and related applications we offer today
(content, video, social networking, SEO, Personal ID, etc.)
this next-generation hyperlink will eventually be adopted
universally for other applications, as it contains many
intrinsic advantages over today's URLs and is based on a
linking infrastructure developed by the primary inventor of
the Internet (Dr. Robert Kahn, co-inventor of TCP/IP and
recipient of the Turing Award, Nat'l Medal of Freedom,
etc.); Linkstorm has developed the patent-pending
applications and services that unlock its full business
value. Linkstorm increases product visibility and sales for
retailers, advertisers, ad agencies, affiliate marketers,
direct marketers, behavioral targeting specialists,
publishers and media companies of all kinds. Linkstorm is
headquartered in New York City and is funded by visionary
investors such as Esther Dyson, Jim Rutt, and many of the
NY Angels.
